Very Cool Media can provide expert graphic layout and design services. Our designs are guaranteed to be production ready, optimized for quality, and aesthetically appropriate.
THE DESIGN PROCESS
Send us the photos, art and images that you would like us to use for your layout via email or bulk online transfer service (ie: Dropbox, YouSendIt etc...). Acceptable formats are psd, pdf, tiff, eps, or jpeg, at 300 dpi. You can also snail mail them to us to scan for you.
Your text should be submitted via copy and paste into the body of the email, as a PDF or as a microsoft Word document. (We prefer to receive your text in electronic format in order to save time and keep costs affordable. Extra charges may apply for typesetting if text cannot be supplied electronically.)
We will consult with you by phone and/or email before proceeding with the design in an effort to fully assess your needs. We will discuss the various options and aesthetics until we are in agreement on a direction to pursue. Our goal is to design something that fits the look and style you desire, in the first draft.
Our design services include the assembly of one complete design, utilizing your supplied materials. (If you desire original illustrations, or need to license stock images, extra fees will apply.) We will employ color selection, font selection and appropriate imaging effects in the layout process, and produce PDF proofs for your approval prior to production.
Typo corrections and organization adjustments are included in the base pricing. Complete redesign is not, and will be available at additional cost (at Very Cool Media's discretion). We will only proceed with production upon receiving your written approval of the supplied PDF proofs.
